Property Minder Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Blue Group, LLC (“Blue Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Property Minder mobile application (“Property Minder” or the “App”).

By using Property Minder, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. The features available to you may depend on your app version, subscription level, device, and the services you choose to enable.

1. Information We May Collect

Account and profile information

If you sign in or create an account, we may receive information such as your name, email address, account identifier, profile image, and authentication information from the sign-in provider you use, such as Google.

Property and maintenance information

Property Minder may store information you enter into the App, including property names or nicknames, property addresses, maintenance tasks, due dates, priorities, notes, measurements, completion history, recommended frequencies, collaborator information, and other records you choose to create.

Photos and files

If you choose to attach photos or other files to maintenance records, the App may access, upload, synchronize, or store those items as needed to provide the feature you requested. Property Minder does not access photos or files that you have not selected or otherwise authorized the App to access.

Location and address information

If you use a location-based feature, such as finding your current address or locating a property, Property Minder may request access to your device location. Location is used to provide the feature you requested and is not intended to continuously track you in the background.

Wi-Fi and network information

If you use Property Minder features that associate a property with a nearby or connected Wi-Fi network, the App may access information such as Wi-Fi network name, nearby-network information, or network connection state, subject to Android permissions and device settings. This information is used to support property identification, presence, or related user-requested functionality.

Device, app, and diagnostic information

We and our service providers may process technical information such as device type, operating-system version, app version, IP address, device or app identifiers, crash data, performance information, and diagnostic logs. This information is used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Property Minder.

Subscription and purchase information

Purchases and subscriptions made through Google Play are processed by Google Play. We do not receive your full payment-card number. We may receive purchase status, subscription status, product identifiers, transaction or order identifiers, and related information needed to unlock paid features, restore purchases, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information collected through Property Minder to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the App.
• Authenticate users and synchronize data across authorized devices.
• Store and display properties, maintenance tasks, history, photos, and related records.
• Provide reminders, notifications, overdue alerts, and other requested communications.
• Provide address search, location, mapping, Wi-Fi, backup, and synchronization features.
• Manage subscriptions, entitlements, trials, and purchase restoration.
• Detect errors, prevent abuse, protect accounts, and maintain App security.
• Respond to support requests and privacy inquiries.
• Comply with applicable law and enforce our rights.

3. Notifications and Email

Property Minder may send device notifications when you enable them. If you configure email alerts, the App may process the recipient email addresses you provide and information needed to generate the requested message. An email-delivery service provider may process this information solely to deliver the communication.

4. Cloud Sync and Backups

Certain Property Minder subscription levels may include cloud synchronization, multi-device access, backups, or photo synchronization. Information stored through these features may be transmitted to and stored by cloud service providers acting on our behalf.

If you enable a Google Drive backup or synchronization feature, data you choose to back up may be transferred to your Google Drive account using Google services and subject to the settings and permissions of your Google account.

5. Advertising

The free version of Property Minder may display advertising, including advertising provided by Google AdMob. When advertising is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as IP address, device or advertising identifiers, general device information, ad interactions, and other information used to deliver, measure, limit, secure, or personalize advertising as permitted by your settings and applicable law.

6. Third-Party Services

Property Minder may use third-party services to provide app functionality. Depending on the features you use, these providers may include:

• Google Play for app distribution, subscriptions, billing, and purchase verification.
• Google Firebase for services such as authentication, cloud storage or database functionality, notifications, diagnostics, or related app infrastructure.
• Google Maps Platform / Places for address search, autocomplete, mapping, and location-related functionality.
• Google Drive for user-authorized backup or file synchronization features.
• Google AdMob when advertising is displayed.
• Email delivery providers when you request email alerts or other app-generated email.
• Hosting, security, and infrastructure providers needed to operate and protect the App.

These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies as applicable. We do not authorize third parties to use Property Minder user data for purposes unrelated to providing their services to us, except where separately disclosed or required by law.

7. When We Share Information

We may share information only as reasonably necessary in the following situations:

• With service providers that operate features or infrastructure on our behalf.
• With collaborators or recipients you specifically choose to share information with.
• When you direct us to connect with another service, such as Google Drive.
• To comply with law, legal process, or valid government requests.
• To investigate fraud, security issues, abuse, or threats to users or our services.
• As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable law.

Blue Group does not sell Property Minder users’ personal information.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Where supported by our service providers, information is transmitted using encrypted connections. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

We retain account and App data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Property Minder, maintain your account, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce agreements.

When an account-deletion request is completed, we will delete or de-identify data associated with the account unless retention of specific information is required or permitted for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or compliance purposes. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until they are overwritten or expire under normal backup-retention processes.

10. Account and Data Deletion

Property Minder users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data. Where account deletion is available within the App, follow the deletion option shown in the account or settings area.

You may also request account and data deletion outside the App by contacting Blue Group using the privacy contact listed below. To protect users from unauthorized deletion requests, we may take reasonable steps to verify that the requester controls the account before completing the deletion.

Deleting the App from a device does not by itself delete a Property Minder account or data stored in cloud services.

11. Your Choices and Rights

You can control many forms of data access through Property Minder and Android settings, including location, photos/files, notifications, and nearby-device or network permissions. Disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working.

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may give you rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other control over certain personal information. Contact us to make a privacy request.

12. Children’s Privacy

Property Minder is designed for property owners, residents, managers, maintenance users, and collaborators and is not designed or marketed as a children’s app. If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child in a manner that violates applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Property Minder, our service providers, legal requirements, or our data practices. We will update the effective date shown at the top of this page when the policy changes materially.
